Recap: January Workshops

I hosted two very different workshops to kick-off the year! And I love it

Embroidered Charms

We had an intimate group for this one — including my mom! — and it was a fun one nonetheless

We started off by learning how embroidery is a universal artistry; it is seen across the globe, carrying a plethora of purpose and significance for a multitude of cultures.

Folx got to learn different types of stitches, how to plan out their creations, and more

I definitely want to do more embroidery workshops this year. Thank you everyone who joined this round!

Intentional Journaling

My friend Steph and I collaborated on our very first workshop together! What makes this extra exciting is that it was Steph’s first time teaching. And she did great <3

Our goal for the workshop was to share different journal spreads that help with goal-making, check-ins and dedicating time for ~yourself~ This workshop brought in such a wholesome group of folx from all over the Bay into my studio.

Thank you to this full house! Steph and I are already planning the next workshops together <3
